Hello again Skeptical, and thanks for reading. I'm not misguided on conservatives. I'll grant that conservatives are not a monolith and there's room for matriarchal values and more non-hierarchical types. But conservatives have been for a long time understood by political and social science to favor authoritarianism.
As for your embellishments about "aren't ideological in nature...hunting, fishing..." Sure. Whatever. People being people.
In regards to Kamala, I didn't say any of the things you're pushing back against. I said her demographic is underrepresented. I said she's qualified. So yes, by "qualified," I think she'll make a good president.
And in regards to the premise of the article... eh. I could be wrong. It was a strong feeling I got one afternoon, so I wrote this up. It's somewhat counterintuitive, I admit. But if we're not occasionally testing our underlying assumptions, then we're not thinking.
