I was just enjoying some of Sabine Hossenfelder's work, as she discussed an Einstein thought experiment that led to his conclusion of special relativity - specifically that all observers viewpoints are equally valid. In the experiment, a photon is sent one direction and the other to bounce off a mirror and return to the observer's eye. If the observer is standing still, the moment the relfected photons reach her eye could be described as "now." But to an observer in motion -- say on a spaceship -- the photon travel will be different, and the "now" different, and yet, to the observer, it's the same.
I probably just butchered that, haha. Suffice it to say, everything is happening now, because it's all relative! Time is simply coordinates.
