Totally. I see dead people is the midpoint reveal and Bruce-Willis-is-a-ghost is the final turn. I only wonder if this is truly breaking any 'screenwriting rules' or if it instead suggests Why Marketing Sucks.

I've written screenplays, but eventually crime fiction ebooks paid the bills. I still wince when my publisher gives away plot point one; God forbid they mention the midpoint reveal in the blurb! But they're trying to sell the damn thing, so I guess it makes sense. *Rolls eyes*
